Xeli AI provides AI-powered creative workflow software for ecommerce businesses, including tools for content generation, creative management, collaboration, automation, campaign planning, asset organization, and related functionality.
We continuously improve our Services and may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break any applicable laws.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our Services.
- Reverse engineer our platform except where permitted by law.
- Resell or redistribute our Services without permission.
- Use Xeli AI to create illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content.

5. AI Generated Content

6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Xeli AI. By uploading content, you grant Xeli AI a limited license to process, store, analyze, and display that content solely for providing and improving our Services. We do not claim ownership of your creative assets, campaigns, prompts, or marketing materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, source code, documentation, workflows, and intellectual property relating to Xeli AI remain the exclusive property of Xeli AI and its licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of our intellectual property.
8. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing is displayed before purchase. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation requests should be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid renewal. Refunds may be issued only in genuine circumstances and solely at our discretion.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XELI AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeli AI shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business, loss of data, reputational damage, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous 12 months.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xeli AI from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Xeli AI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
